Utility Hookup Information 
Residents must pay for utilities that are not included in their rents from the first day of their lease term, regardless of their physical move in date. Please arrange for the transfer of services into your name within 72 hours of the lease begin date. Failure to do so will result in a monthly administrative fee for each utility left in landlords name. Please visit the following website to find out more information.

Renters Insurance Information 
Resident's personal possessions are not covered by the property's insurance, it is strongly suggested that you carry renters insurance to protect your belongings. Renter's insurance is inexpensive and most insurance carriers have policies (see sampling below). We strongly encourage you to research your potential carrier thoroughly. Camden Hills is located in a prime school district. The Dunlap school district ranks within the top 100 Illinois schools for academic excellence, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
